The Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion (BACI) is a grassroots, non-profit organization that has dedicated over 50 years to providing innovative services to children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
BACI has sought out opportunities to increase social awareness, and ultimately effect change, in the way individuals with disabilities are viewed in our society. We believe that eveyone should have the opportunity to work in a community that values inclusion, respects diversity, and acknowledges individuals for their efforts and accomplishments.
Through our various EmployAbility initiatives and social enterprise programs -- namely The Grape Box and The BACI Work Crew -- we support the economic inclusion of people with disabilities.
